The Advocacy Council of the North Carolina Community Foundation

The Foundation’s Advocacy Council is being established in 2006 as a loosely formed group of statewide advocates that will promote the Foundation in a variety of ways.

Some advocates, typically financial or legal professionals, will assist in conducting seminars and events. People of various backgrounds and professions are desired to serve.

Advocates will be trained on the work and mission of the Foundation by the staff and then will be encouraged to use their talents to promote the Foundation through the means that most interest them.

The Mission Statement of the NCCF Advocacy Council
