The Women’s Fund, a component fund of the North Carolina Community Foundation welcomes grant requests from nonprofit organizations that are located in or provide service within the North Carolina Community Foundation jurisdiction; and that support women and children. The fund gives special consideration to those programs with a focus on women’s health and/or women’s leadership. For the second year, the grants committee is made up of women participating in the NCCF women’s giving groups and other women passionate about supporting women’s health and leadership. Average grants range from $1,000-$2,500.
