This fund provides scholarships for qualified senior status students attending East Carolina University, who currently have a GPA of less than 3.00, have parents who were born and reside in North Carolina, have graduated from a high school in Wilson, Nash, Wayne, Edgecombe, Johnston, or Carteret County or from the Boys & Girls Home at Lake Waccamaw, and are enrolled at the School of Education, the College of Business, or the School of Human Ecology.With all qualifications met, final selection will be based on financial need.
