Wilkes Community Foundation Names Officers, Welcomes New Members
Sarah Howell, of North Wilkesboro, has been elected president of the board of directors of the Wilkes Community Foundation, a position most recently held by Dennis Huggins. Joining Howell on the executive committee are William Burke, vice president; DeLynda Ward, secretary; and Ron Pearson, treasurer. The board welcomed three new members: Brenda Page, of North Wilkesboro, and Chris Reavis and Joe Samuel of Wilkesboro.
