Diners will begin their evening enjoying an aperitif and the scenic views at sunset that only Olde Beau can provide before enjoying a delicious five-course meal accompanied by the appropriate wines. Such is the atmosphere at the Alleghany County Community Foundation’s annual dinners to be held beginning with a social time at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 10 and Saturday, August 25.
Tickets for the Alleghany County Community Foundation (ACCF) 8th annual “A Summer's Evening Wine Tasting and Dinner” are $75 per person, a portion of which is tax deductible. The winery for this year is the Sanders Ridge Winery located in Boonville, North Carolina. A car and driver will be on site should any attendees require their services at the end of the evening.
Contact event co-chairpersons Kay Choplin at (336) 657-3387 or Paula Presnell at (336) 372-1622 for tickets or for more information. Or you may contact any other ACCF board member: Don Adams, Greg Bare, Pratt Davis, Bryan Edwards, John Goudreau, Jean Osborne, Don Wall, Joe Ward or past board member Debbie Bare.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Alleghany Opportunity Fund, the grantmaking fund of the ACCF.
