The Ashe County Community Foundation was established to serve the needs of local nonprofit organizations, donors and charitable causes. The Ashe County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation. 

Chip and Judy Anderson Charitable Fund
This fund supports general charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes.

Ashe Community Advancement Fund
Ashe County Public LThis fund enables the Ashe County Community Foundation to respond to changing community needs and to enhance the quality of community life within the county through annual grants to local nonprofit organizations. 

Ashe County Arts Council Endowment 
This fund supports the Ashe County Arts Council.
 
Ashe County Board of Education Endowment Fund 
This fund supports the technology and resources needs of the students of Ashe County School System and grants funds for educators to improve programs. 
 
The Ashe County Children's Trust 
This fund supports the Ashe County Partnership for Children and Ashe County 4-H programs.

Ashe County Public Library Endowment
This fund supports non-operating expenses of the Ashe County Public Library.

Ashe Services for Aging Foundation, Inc. Endowment
This fund supports Ashe Services for Aging Foundation, Inc.
 
Beaver Creek High School Memorial Scholarship Fund
This fund provides scholarships for graduates of Ashe County High School.

Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church & Cemetery Endowment 
This fund supports the church and to maintain the cemetery in perpetuity. 
 
Daniel Lee "Dan" Eldreth Memorial Endowment 
This fund supports educational projects.

Friendly Grove Baptist Church of West Jefferson Church and Cemetery Endowment
This fund supports the Friendly Grove Baptist Church of West Jefferson's Church and Cemetery for upkeep and maintenance.

Melinda Hamrick Children's Fund Endowment
This fund supports programs that benefit children in Ashe County, North Carolina.
 
T. Stan Holman Memorial Scholarship Endowment 
This fund provides scholarships to those who have been or are currently participating in the Ashe County Little Theatre and demonstrate the likelihood they will continue to support and participate in community theatre work in the future. 
 
Virginia S. Hunt Fund for the Care of Animals 
This fund supports animal welfare projects in Ashe County.

Paul Allen Perkins and Alda Gambill Perkins Scholarship Endowment
This fund supports Ashe County High School in providing annual awards to one male and one female graduating senior who participate in a school sport or associated extracurricular activity.
 
Bill and Betty Plummer Scholarship Fund
This fund provides scholarships for Ashe County residents.

Ruth Vannoy Price Scholarship Fund 
This fund provides scholarships for seniors at Ashe County High School pursuing an education at an institution of higher learning.

Ruby A. Trivette Ruritan Scholarship 
This fund provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors from either an Ashe County or Watauga County high school, residing in Todd, North Carolina and/or active Todd Ruritan Club member and/or child of an active Todd Ruritan Club member.

West Jefferson Woman's Club Mary Ruth Payne Scholarship
This fund supports Ashe County High School to provide a scholarship for a female graduating senior who has been accepted by an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, community college or vocational/techical school.

Women in Touch Endowment 
This fund supports Women in Touch in reaching out to all women of Ashe County to raise awareness about the early detection of breast cancer.
