The board of advisors of the Bertie-Hertford Community Foundation is currently accepting grant requests for community projects funded from its community fund according to Austine Evans, grants chair.
Funds are available for nonprofit organizations that serve general charitable needs in Bertie and Hertford counties.
The Women’s Fund of Bertie-Hertford, a program of the Bertie-Hertford Community Foundation, is also accepting grant request from area nonprofits that serve the needs of women and children in the same counties.
Beginning on Friday, March 6th applications will be available online only. The deadline for submitting applications is noon on April 14.
The Bertie-Hertford Community Foundation is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF).
