for general operating support<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,000 to the Alexander County Partnership for Children for the Connecting Parents and the Community in Alexander County with the Importance of Literacy program<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,000 to the Caldwell Senior Center Inc. for general operating support<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,500 to the Children&rsquo;s Advocacy Center of Caldwell County Inc. for the Robins2Rescue program<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,000 to the Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministry Inc. for emergency crisis financial assistance<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,300 to the Footcandle Film Society for the 2018 Footcandle Film Festival<\/li>\r\n<li>$6,000 to the Foothills Conservancy of North Carolina Inc. for the new parklands and resources conservation program<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,500 to the Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry for the Clean Floor project<\/li>\r\n<li>$7,500 to Habitat for Humanity of Catawba Valley for The Rudy Project<\/li>\r\n<li>$10,000 to the Helping Hands Clinic for access to dental care for uninsured adults<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,000 to the Hickory Museum of Art for the Blow Up: Inflatable Contemporary Art exhibit<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,000 to the North Carolina School for the Deaf at Morganton Foundation Inc. for the Safety for Seniors program<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,000 to the Patrick Beaver Learning Resource Center Inc. for the Orton-Gillingham Training for Teachers program<\/li>\r\n<li>$40,000 to the Safe Harbor Rescue Mission for the Building a Solid Foundation program<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,000 to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC for their Service-Insights Data Tracking rollout program<\/li>\r\n<li>$7,500 to Sipe&rsquo;s Orchard Home for Pre-K technology for the Tyndall Center and general building improvements<\/li>\r\n<li>$7,500 to South Caldwell Christian Ministries for feeding those in need<\/li>\r\n<li>$3,800 to Southmountain Children and Family Services for improvements to foster community homes<\/li>\r\n<li>$4,500 to The Corner Table for general operating support<\/li>\r\n<li>$10,000 to the Salvation Army Boys &amp; Girls Club of Hickory for the Shelter of Hope Repairs and Upfitting program<\/li>\r\n<li>$5,000 to the Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers Inc. for residential substance abuse recovery services for individuals from the Unifour region<\/li>\r\n<li>$2,500 to the Western Piedmont Symphony for young education programs in the Unifour region<\/li>\r\n<li>$40,000 to the Newton Conover School System for additional Pre-K classrooms<\/li>\r\n<li>$40,000 to Partners Behavioral Health for Project LEAD<\/li>\r\n<li>$15,000 to the Catawba County Partnership for Children for a match for the Kids Ready NC grant program<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Fritz thanked the community for its support of the Unifour Foundation Endowment. &ldquo;We are proud to support these nonprofit programs that are so important to our community and our quality of life,&rdquo;
