List of funds

The Brunswick County Community Foundation was established to serve the needs of local nonprofit organizations, donors and charitable causes. The Brunswick County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation. 

Janet Davis Britt Family Donor Advised Fund 
This donor-advised fund supports general charitable purposes.
 
Brunswick County Endowment for the Arts 
This endowment provides support for artistic charitable purposes in Brunswick County, NC.

Brunswick County Unrestricted Endowment 
The Brunswick County Unrestricted Endowment Fund enables the Brunswick County Community Foundation to respond to changing community needs and to enhance the quality of community life within the county. Donors allow flexibility in how these funds are to be used, leaving the Brunswick County Board of Directors to award grants each year to local nonprofit organizations. 
 
Ralph C. King Cemeteries Fund for New Britton Baptist Church 
This fund supports New Britton Baptist Church in Ash, NC and the related church cemeteries.

Mustard Seed Fund
This fund supports scholarships for mission trips for students and participants from Southeastern North Carolina. 
 
Charles "Shep" and Gillie Salter Endowment 
This fund supports general charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes.
 
U. S. Open King Mackerel Tournament Endowment 
This fund supports charitable causes in Brunswick County, NC, and is advised by the Brunswick County Community Foundation Board of Directors.

Wilson Family Charitable Endowment 
This donor-advised fund supports general charitable purposes.

  • Brunswick CCF announces 2012 grant cycle

    The Brunswick County Community Foundation's 2012 grant cycle will open on Monday, June 18 and close on Tuesday, July 31. This year the Foundation will accept only online grant applications, which will be available beginning June 18.

  • NC Community Foundation activates disaster relief fund

    Credit card donations can be made online by clicking the Give Now button in the upper left corner of the screen or by downloading a contribution form. Checks can be mailed to the NCCF headquarters office in Raleigh at 4601 Six Forks Road, Suite 524, Raleigh, NC 27609. Please designate your gift for Hurricane Irene victims.

  • 2011 grant cycle now closed

    The Brunswick County Community Foundation will announce its grant award recipients in early September.
