Applying for grants
The 2012 grant application period for the Chowan Community Funds Foundation will be open from March 1, 2012 to April 12, 2012. Grants are awarded annuallly from the Ann Sams Fund and typically range from $500 to $2,000. Total grantmaking in 2012 will not exceed $6,000. Chowan County is also served through grants from the Judge Thomas Watts Fund, listed under Northern Albemarle Affiliate.
