The western regional office of the N.C. Community Foundation announces that the following counties are now accepting grant requests for projects funded from its community funds, according to Sue LeLievre, Western Regional Associate.
Funds are available for nonprofit organizations that serve general charitable needs in Cherokee, Clay, Eastern Band of Cherokees, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Madison, and Swain Counties.
Applications are available online only beginning March 1, 2012. Visit nccommunityfoundation.org for information about applying online. The deadline for submitting applications varies per affiliate. Please visit our website for further details.
