The Futrell-Mauldin Community Foundation for Greater Rocky Mount was established to serve the needs of local nonprofit organizations, donors and charitable causes. It is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation. 

Braswell Memorial Public Library Endowment 
This fund supports the general operations, services, programming, and facility improvements for the Braswell Memorial Public Library. 
 
Communities in Schools Endowment Fund 
This fund provides scholarships for students who have been inducted as CIS Scholars and have graduated from Nash-Rocky Mount Schools. 
 
Carlton Thorpe Daley Fund 
This fund supports family service needs, primarily for children, in the Rocky Mount, Nash, and Edgecombe County areas.

Down East Partnership for Children Endowment
This fund supports the Down East Partnership for Children Endowment.

Red Oak High School Alumni Scholarship Fund
This fund provides scholarships for high school graduates wishing to pursue higher education at an institution of higher learning such as a college, university, or community college. Special consideration will be given to students with immediate family members who attended, taught at, or were employed at the former Red Oak High School of Nash County.

Tar River Choral and Orchestral Society Endowment 
This fund supports the Tar River Choral and Orchestral Society.

Blake Tedder Burn Endowment
This fund supports fire education, prevention, and safety programs with an emphasis on Pitt County and the Rocky Mount area.
