The Sixth Annual Crimmus Jam successfully raised more than $4,000 for the Blake Tedder Burn Endowment this holiday season.

Since 2002 the fund has backed burn survivor support and therapy and fire prevention education and programs through nearly $20,000 in grants to organizations like the Rocky Mount Fire Department, N.C. Jaycee Burn and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors.

“Thank you to the North Carolina Community Foundation for all the support in making this little fundraiser for the Blake Tedder Burn Endowment such a success,” Tedder said. “We look forward to giving really great grants this year.”
