The Women’s Impact Network of New Hanover County (WIN) invites area nonprofits to submit letters of inquiry in anticipation of its 2015 grants cycle. All proposals should be received by April 17. The focus of 2015 grants will be to help address the unmet health and wellness needs of New Hanover County residents.

Letters of inquiry should explain what a program might accomplish with a one-time grant of up to $29,500. WIN Grant Committee members will use the letters of inquiry to identify organizations that most closely match their 2015 funding focus. The selected nonprofits will then be invited to formally apply through the competitive grants process.

Please email Angie Brewer, NCCF regional associate, if your organization is interested in submitting a letter of inquiry. All letters of inquiry must be received electronically by April 17. WIN will make decisions regarding which organizations will be invited to apply by late April. The grants review cycle will run May 4 to June 12. Grants are typically announced in the summer.
