The Frances Abbot Burton Powers Fund for support of the town of Henderson recently awarded 2016 grants. Pictured below is the grants ceremony, featuring the Vance County High School Robotics Team, the Henderson-Vance Downtown Development Commission and Community Partners of Hope.
