Special Instructions for Agency Funds | Online Fund Access
Share
Your fund is what we refer to as an agency fund, which means that your agency (or organization) started this fund to support its own mission and operations and your agency also receives grants from this fund. So, if you want to make a grant request through online access, you will be requesting a grant to your own organization, making your own organization the “grantee” – just like you have done in the past via our grant release form.
When you are on the grant request page, you will see that there are several ways to choose a grantee. The first one is the best one for you to use because you will always be requesting a grant to your organization, which is the same organization that the fund has made grants to in the past.
Once you have selected your organization as the grantee, the screen will refresh where you will enter a description of the grant. The description was set when the fund was established, so it is always the same. If you look on the right-hand side of the page, you will see a list of previous grants and can copy the description from a grant made from this fund in the past.
