Bio

Kathryn Roebuck Holding leads the foundation’s Development and Donor Engagement team. This team is dedicated to helping individuals, families, foundations and businesses achieve their philanthropic goals through personalized giving vehicles and strategies that make an impact on North Carolina communities and leave a lasting legacy.

She leads the development team’s efforts around philanthropic fund establishment and growth through illiquid assets and charitable legacy planning, as well as the donor engagement team’s work serving NCCF fundholders to ensure meaningful grantmaking.

A native of Elizabeth City, she received her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005, where she was a recipient of the Morehead-Cain Scholarship.

She received a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University in 2009 and is a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina.

Kathryn lives in Raleigh with her husband, Will, and young daughters Grace and Elizabeth.
