Meet scholarship recipient Rene Kronlage from South Mills, our next student in the continuing Spotlight series. She is a recipient of the Bertha Sawyer & Winfred B. Meiggs Sr. Family Scholarship and the Elizabeth City Jaycees Scholarship.
Rene graduated from Camden County High School and is now attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a biomedical engineering major. Her dream is to become a doctor, so she is excited to immerse herself in the opportunities she’ll have to work in the UNC Hospital system. The NCCF wishes Rene good luck in the opportunities and challenges ahead!
