Our first scholar spotlight of the academic year is Kristen Young from Wilmington. She is a recipient of the Wilmington Civitan Club Scholarship.
In August, Kristen will begin her first year at NC State University as a student in the College of Engineering. She is excited to attend NC State and get involved in campus life and meet new people. She hopes to succeed in college so she can give back to her community.
The NCCF is glad to help the Wilmington Civitan Club support Kristen’s goals!
