Ashley Elliott is a Dunn native beginning her college career at Campbell University this fall.
With a passion for music and teaching, Elliott plans to pursue the field of music education. Her involvement in her school’s Peer Tutoring program heavily influenced her ambitions.
Elliot joined the tutoring program following her diagnosis with Attention Deficit Disorder. Challenged with working harder to overcome her obstacles with focus, she believes the experience made her a stronger person.
Inspired by her work as a peer tutor, Elliot strives to succeed in the field of education. Her first step on this path is completing her college education, with help from the DHS (Dunn High School) Friends' Rebecca Munn Stanfield Memorial Endowment.
