Catherine Ziencik is a doctoral student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Studying education, Ziencik is working to continue her career path as an academic advisor. She currently oversees the academic advising process for faculty and coaches at Louisburg College and also advises students herself.
Ziencik garners immense satisfaction from working with students and advisors to determine their career paths and to facilitate the important bond that results from this professional relationship.
The wife of a law enforcement officer, Ziencik is no stranger to balancing challenging schedules. She currently lives in Spring Hope with her husband and pets – a pug and great dane.
Ziencik is honored to be the recipient of the Joseph and Elsa Flower Davies Teacher Training Scholarship.
