Ivy Paige Odom is a graduate of Robbinsville High School and will be attending Western Carolina University (WCU) in the fall.
Odom intends to study business and earn a master’s degree in business administration. She wishes to represent her hometown Robbinsville and make a difference where five generations of her family have called home.
Both her father and brother graduated from WCU. Inspired by her brother’s success, Odom, a recipient of the Laura Phillips Memorial Scholarship, wishes to follow in his footsteps by pursuing a degree that offers flexibility. In the future, she aspires to become a force in the corporate world with the goal of owning her own business.
“There is nothing that is more important to me than the ability to do my family’s name justice. This is the time where I get to determine the arc of my life and I am truly excited about it.
