This fund is devoted to the support of the Region O Council for the Advancement of Minorities in Engineering, Inc.("ROCAME") to provide annual scholarships for minority and other students from underserved communities pursuing higher education in the STEM fields in memory of legendary teacher, leader and mentor Carter Woodson Newsome.
