Sams Endowment Fund.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grants typically range from $500 to $5,000. Applications are available online beginning March 6. <a href=\"\/communities\/northeastern\/chowan-county\/applying-for-grants\">Visit&nbsp;this page for information about applying<\/a>. The deadline for applications is noon April 7.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grants are not available for regranting purposes, capital campaigns, capital improvements, out-of-state travel or for individuals.
