Ellis Endowment, St. Joseph of the Pines Charitable Endowment, and John W. &amp; Marjorie A. Roffe Endowment (specific to health care). Grants typically range from $500 to $15,000.<\/p>\r\n<p>Applications are available beginning April 8. Visit <a href=\"\/\">nccommunityfoundation.org<\/a> for information about applying. The deadline for applications is May 10 at noon.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grants are not available for regranting purposes, capital campaigns, capital improvements, out-of-state travel, or for individuals. You can open an endowment for your favorite cause at any time &ndash; or contribute to an existing fund in any amount.
