“Supporting local nonprofits is fundamental to community well-being. At the Hoke County Community Foundation, we turn generosity into lasting, local support, so resources are there year after year,” said Anna Smith, advisory board president of the Hoke County Community Foundation.
Funds for 2026 grants came from HCCF’s community grantmaking fund and the Mary Archie McNeill Endowment. Each year, HCCF’s advisory board uses dollars from its endowment funds to make grants to eligible local organizations, including nonprofits, local governments, schools and churches.
