About Erika

Erika is the Operations Support Specialist for the Community Investment team, supporting program, grants, and scholarships. Erika has over 10 years of experience working within an administrative capacity, providing clerical and operations support across several industries including education, logistics, and local government.

Prior to joining NCCF, Erika served as Warehouse Operations Administrator for Best Buy, Bookkeeper with Wake County Public Schools System, and Recreation Specialist with the City of Hampton, Virginia. Erika earned a B.A. from Hampton University and is also a North Carolina Notary.

Erika enjoys working with and mentoring youth. She is an avid advocate for the community and is enthusiastic about learning and supporting N.C. communities.
