North Carolina Community Foundation Universal Scholarships Application Package
Applications to most North Carolina Community Foundation scholarships are submitted online via the NCCF Universal Scholarships Application. The components of the NCCF Universal Scholarships Application include:
Demographic data including county of residence, gender, date of birth
High school information including name of high school and GPA
Standardized test scores, if taken. Very few NCCF scholarships require standardized test scores to be submitted.
School/college planned for fall attendance
Year of study for coming fall semester (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, other)
Enrollment status (full-time or part-time)
Essay and/or supplemental questions (prompt provided in the application form)
List of extracurricular activities
Current or most recent transcript
Two letters of recommendation; one from a teacher; and one from a teacher, guidance counselor, coach, pastor, supervisor, or other qualified individual
Signature by student (or parent/guardian if applicant is under 18)
Most NCCF scholarships also require the FASFA Student Aid Index/Student Aid Report.
