The board of advisors of the Community Foundation for Randolph County announces local grant awards from its community grantmaking fund.

This year’s nonprofit recipients include:

  • 100 Man Project Inc. for C.A.R.S. vehicle maintenance
  • Randolph County Family Crisis Center, Inc for Clothing Closet 24/7 for domestic violence and sexual assault victims
  • Asheboro Shelter of Hope for renovation of facility for homeless shelter

Griffin thanked the community for its support of the Community Foundation for Randolph County. “These grants are important to our community and our quality of life,” he said. “Critical programs would not be possible without the generosity of many individuals and organizations that have supported Randolph County’s community fund.”
