Find a quiet location with good lighting and a background that is free from too many distractions.
Wear something you are comfortable in.
If you’re filming yourself, use the front-facing camera so you can see yourself! Hold your phone vertically, and keep it at eye level or slightly higher, about an arm's length away from your face (with a slight bend in your elbows).
Look directly at the phone
If someone else is filming you, the phone should still be vertical and be sure they hold it very still, without covering the microphone or camera with their fingers.
