Next in the spotlight for this academic year is Dustin Hicks from Hays. He is a recipient of the Larry and Diane Stone Scholarship.
Dustin graduated from North Wilkes High School and is now attending the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He is thrilled to attend UNC-A, not only for its affordability, but because he really feels at home there. Dustin is studying to become a high school English and arts teacher. He hopes that, as a teacher, he will be able tohave a positive impact on the lives of others every day.
