The Cary Women’s Giving Network is group of local women who have organized to support local needs in Cary through a giving circle that supports a competitive grants process. Formed in 2011 as a program of the Cary Community Foundation, the Cary Women’s Giving Network provides grants to nonprofits serving Cary under the direction of its full membership. The Cary Women’s Network and the Cary Community Foundation are affiliated with the North Carolina Community Foundation.
This will be the Network’s third grant cycle. Last year the Network awarded $17,000 in grants to four nonprofits that serve people of Cary: Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, The Mariposa School for Children with Autism, BEGINNINGS and CASA (Community Alternatives for Supportive Abodes).
