She previously served on the board from 2005 &#8211; 2011, is a past board member and secretary of the NC Coastal Federation, past president of the Duck Woods Country Club Women&#8217;s Association &amp; Ladies Tennis Association and the project director of the Philanthropic Education Organization. She holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in business administration.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cynthia Jarvis of Moyock. She is a retired Currituck County social services staff member and the owner of Jarvis Farms, Inc.
