Lee County Community Foundation announces new board members

The board of advisors of the Lee County Community Foundation announces new advisory board members.

Joining the board are:

  • Mark Akinosho of Sanford. He works for Lee County Schools and True Bread Ministries Inc. He is the chair of the Lee County Board of Education, a board member for Reachout Crisis Pregnancy and a council member for the Salvation Army of Lee County.
  • Linda Foushee of Sanford. She works for Capital Bank and is a board member for the Boys & Girls Club.
  • Oscar Roberto of Sanford. He is retired from Henkel Corp., the board chair for El Refugio Family Resource Center, an alternate member of the Lee County Planning Board and a board member of the Lee County Hispanic Center.
  • David Spivey of Sanford. He works for Jones Printing Co, Inc., is the board chair of Ingram Family YMCA and the assistant governor for district 7690 of the Jonesboro Rotary.

“We are very excited to have these leaders join our board,” said Mikeal Basinger, board president. “We look forward to working with them to benefit our local community.”
