Meet NCCF's team of donor engagement officers serving the state

Meet the three NCCF team members serving our fundholders and donors across the state! Our donor engagement officers manage fundholder relations, giving circles, grantmaking innovation and fulfillment of philanthropic goals for the regions they serve.

Western NC

Serving Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Catawba, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Madison, Surry and Swain counties and the Eastern Band of Cherokees community.

Dairaghi has more than 25 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and the government, including experience as co-founder of a statewide nonprofit organization and manager of several federal grants. She has lived in western North Carolina for 20 years and calls beautiful Madison County her home. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s degree in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, learning how to play the bass guitar and reading.

Central NC

Serving Anson, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash (Futrell-Mauldin), Northampton, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Vance, Warren, Wayne and Wilson counties and the Cary community

Ball worked in banking for 10 years and also worked in sales and marketing before joining the foundation in 2012. She is a founding member of the Colonial Capital Club, an active member of the regional Meredith College Alumnae Board, a member of the Craven County Chamber of Commerce and a member of Garber United Methodist Church. She is originally from Chocowinity, N.C., and has a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in business administration and a bachelor of art degree (B.A.) in Home Economics from Meredith College. In her free time, Kim enjoys gardening, running, playing bridge and boating.
