Mustard Seed Fund extends 2012 application deadline

The Mustard Seed Fund was established in 2011 as a perpetual legacy to the memory of Wilmington residents Byron Stratas and Fred Rippy.  The goal of the endowment fund is to provide funding support for high school or college students or adults from southeastern North Carolina who are participating in mission trips through qualified 501(c)3 charities and faith-based organizations.

Gifts to the fund may be made in many forms, including cash and gifts of stock.  Click here to make a contribution to the Mustard Seed Fund or select the Give Now button above.

The 2012 application period is now open, and the application is available here.  The fund has extended the application deadline to Tuesday, May 15, 2012.  All applications must be postmarked by May 15.  The review committee will announce awards in early June 2012.
