Morrisville Community Fund Grants to Three Non-Profits

The Board of Directors of the Morrisville Community Fund has awarded three grants to area non-profits, according to Jan Faulkner, board president.

The following non-profits received funding for their projects:

At a Chamber breakfast June 14 with local officials and Chamber members present, Faulkner thanked the community for its support of the Morrisville Community Fund as it granted for the first time since opening the fund last year with the North Carolina Community Foundation.  “Our hard work has come to this exciting moment of putting funds in the hands of non-profits who are making an impact on the residents of Morrisville,” she said.  “Critical programs would not be possible without the generosity of many individuals and organizations that have supported the Morrisville Community Fund. We are so grateful that we can award grants annually and help build the quality of life we enjoy here in our community.”

Tax-deductible contributions can be made to the Morrisville Community Fund, which is administered by the NCCF. Contributions should be made payable to the Morrisville Community Fund and mailed to the North Carolina Community Foundation, 4601 Six Forks Road, Suite 524, Raleigh, NC 27609.
