Helene Resources for Grantseekers
Over $33 million has been contributed to NCCF’s Disaster Relief Fund to support Helene recovery, and almost $22 million has been awarded to support Hurricane Helene recovery.
The NCCF Disaster Relief Fund provides grants to eligible organizations in areas impacted by Hurricane Helene to support long-term recovery, address unmet needs and help communities build community resilience and preparedness for future disasters.
Funding will be distributed in the coming months and years. We are not currently accepting grant applications, and we will share updates as they become available.

ArtsAVL has launched a Nonprofit Arts Recovery Grant Program for Hurricane Helene recovery, supported by $1 million from NCCF’s Disaster Relief Fund and $200,000 from Dogwood Health Trust. The first grant cycle will open on March 9 and close on April 6.
The program will support the long-term recovery and stabilization of nonprofit arts and cultural organizations across western North Carolina. While NCCF provided funding, ArtsAVL is operating the program.
