The board of advisors granted:

“These organizations make Wake County a better place,” said Ellen Gorham, advisory board president of the Wake County Community Foundation. “We are happy to help them, and we deeply appreciate the supporters who make this assistance possible.”

Funds for 2024 grants came from WCCF’s community grantmaking fund and the Friends of BOMA Charitable Endowment. Each year, WCCF’s local volunteer advisory board uses dollars from its endowment funds to make grants to eligible local organizations, including nonprofits, local governments, schools and churches.
