“Pop-Up Philanthropy provided us with a wonderful opportunity to showcase resources the North Carolina Community Foundation provides in the southeastern region in partnership with our local affiliates, the New Hanover County Community Foundation and the Brunswick County Community Foundation,” said Jennifer Tolle Whiteside, NCCF CEO and president. “We’re proud to be the only statewide community foundation serving North Carolina and the largest community foundation serving eastern North Carolina. We see a lot of interest in how individuals, families, organizations and businesses can create endowment funds that will serve as permanent resources in this community forever, funding important nonprofit programs that impact local needs.”
