2013 Reach Out Rocky Mount another success!

Reach Out Rocky Mount leaders today announced the impressive total for this year’s events of more than $447,370, which brings the grand sum earned for local nonprofits to nearly $2.2 million over the last five years! 

RORM awarded 65 grants today to Nash and Edgecombe area nonprofits with the earnings from this year’s Fun Run for Charities, held earlier this spring.

“These earnings make a significant impact on our local community and our quality of life,” said Kelly Lee, NCCF regional associate. “We are just thrilled with the continued support from the wonderful folks in Rocky Mount and beyond.”

NCCF has provided administrative support to the event since its inception in 2009.
