Beaufort-Hyde Community Foundation awards more than $1,000 in local grants (July 2019)

The board of advisors of the Beaufort-Hyde Community Foundation recently announced $1,820 in local grant awards from its community grantmaking fund.

This year the board granted:

$910 to the Albemarle Commission Senior Nutrition Program for Hyde County Meals on Wheels
$910 to Daughters of Worth for their Beaufort County programming

Stuart O’Neal, board president, thanked the community for its continued support of the Beaufort-Hyde Community Foundation. “We are proud to support these nonprofit programs that are so vital to the community,” he said. “We are grateful to the many generous individuals and organizations that have supported our work to inspire philanthropy across our community.”
