The Duplin County Community Foundation will accept online grant applications from local nonprofits for its 2014 grant cycle beginning Friday, July 4 through Tuesday, August 19.
Nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations are eligible to submit proposals in support of broad charitable purposes in the areas of arts and humanities, education, the environment, health, human services, public and societal benefit that serve the people of Duplin County. Grants are not available for families or individuals. Grant awards typically range from $500 to $1,000.
Note that the Foundation will also be accepting applications for the Duplin Foundation for Youth Advancement (DFYA) during this time. The DFYA application has significantly different criteria, so please make sure you are applying for the correct grant before completing the application.
