The New Hanover County Community Foundation was proud to sponsor the 2010 Public Service Awards presented by the UNCW MPA Program, Southeastern North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Public Administration (SENCASPA) and Quality Enhancement for Nonprofit Organizations (QENO).
