GCCF accepting grant 2014 applications
The board of directors of the Greene County Community Foundation is currently accepting grant requests for community projects funded from its community fund, according to Dora Pasour, grants chair.
Funds are available for nonprofit organizations that serve general charitable needs in Greene County.
Applications are available online only. Select “Apply for grants and scholarships” and follow the steps under “Grants.” The grant cycle opens on July 25 and continues through Sept. 16, 2014 at noon.
The Greene County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation, (NCCF). The community fund was established to help support local charitable needs through annual grants.
