When we anticipated the stay-at-home order for North Carolina, we reviewed each step of our grantmaking process and made necessary adjustments to ensure that we could continue to provide critical philanthropic dollars to the nonprofit community.
Here are a few changes we want you to know about:
- The two best ways to send grant requests right now are through the online fund access or via email to email@example.com. We are not currently receiving requests by mail or fax.
- All grants will be mailed directly to the recipient organizations.
- You may be accustomed to receiving a copy of the letter that is sent to grantees from your fund. This copy typically serves as confirmation that your grant has been processed. Instead, you will receive confirmation directly from your donor engagement officer. If you have made your grant request online, you can also check the status of it online.
If you’d like assistance in accessing the online fund portal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to your donor engagement officer.
