The Harnett County Community Foundation is pleased to welcome Dr. Brian Foreman to the board of advisors.

Foreman is the executive director for community engagement and leadership at Campbell University and the Campbell Center for Church & Community. Community engagement and capacity building is at the heart of his work at the university. He leads the University’s commitment to strengthen Harnett County through supporting partnership agencies and collaborative work.

Dr. Foreman is a graduate of Campbell University with a bachelor’s degree in religion and Christian ministries, Duke Divinity School with a master’s in religious education, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a doctorate of educational leadership.

Before returning to Campbell in 2013 as an adjunct faculty member, Foreman spent over two decades working in and with congregations and their education ministries as a coach and consultant. He is married and has two adult children with his wife Denise.

Dr. Chris Stewart, Harnett County Community Foundation board president, said, “Brian’s commitment and connections to the Harnett County community will make him a valuable asset to our board.”
