Hoke County Community Foundation accepting 2014 grants applications

The board of directors of the Hoke County Community Foundation is pleased to announce they are accepting online grant applications from its community fund Feb. 21 – April 1, 2014, according to John Jordan, board president. Funds ranging from $500 to $2,000 are available to nonprofit organizations for general charitable needs in Hoke County. Considered will be community projects serving the arts, environment, education, health and social welfare needs of Hoke County. 

This year the HCCF is also pleased to include funds from the Mary Archie McNeill Fund in support of music and arts in Hoke County. HCCF will be accepting grant applications in the $1,000 to $5,000 range this year to local nonprofit organizations offering music and arts programs to the citizens of Hoke County. Applications are available here from Feb. 21 to April 1 at midnight.
