Leroy Davis Jr. appointed to board of North Carolina Community Foundation
Leroy Davis Jr. was recently appointed to the statewide board of directors of the North Carolina Community Foundation.
He is a Senior Vice President in Philanthropy and Community Impact and Head of Grant Administration for the Wells Fargo Foundation.
Prior to his current role, Davis held roles in philanthropic services, grant and scholarship administration and gift planning at Wells Fargo Philanthropic Services and UNC-Chapel Hill. He has an extensive background in financial services, working in estate planning and settlement and audit roles at numerous banks.
Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tennessee State University, a master’s degree in business administration from North Carolina Central University, a juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, and a master of laws in taxation from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.
A Greensboro resident, Davis currently serves on the board of the North Carolina Black Repertory Company.
