Madison County Community Foundation supports COVID-19 response efforts
The board of advisors of the Madison County Community Foundation recently announced a grant issued from the Howard J. & Blanche Elam Runnion Endowment.
In response to the hardships community members are experiencing due to COVID-19, MCCF was pleased to contribute $860 to Neighbors in Need.
“Neighbors in Need provides assistance to folks in the county who are experiencing crisis,” said Jerry Cody, president of the MCCF. “Coronoavirus has most certainly been a complicating factor for many Neighbors in Need clients and we’re grateful to be able to respond in this fashion.”
Neighbors in Need provides heating, food, dry goods and utilities assistance to clients who qualify for services.
